Ingredients
– 4-5 lbs pork loin
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of rosemary
– 1 teaspoon of thyme
– 1 teaspoon of sage
– 2 cups of chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season the pork loin on all sides generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the pork loin in the skillet and brown it on all sides. This should take about 8 minutes.
3. Place the onions and garlic into the crockpot. Place the browned pork loin on top of the onions and garlic.
