•1 (4 pound) boneless pork loin roast
•1 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 teaspoon onion powder
•1 teaspoon dried thyme
•1 teaspoon smoked paprika
•1 teaspoon salt
•1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
•1/2 cup chicken broth
•1/2 cup apple cider


1.In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2.Rub the spice mixture all over the pork roast.

3.Place the pork roast in a slow cooker. Pour the chicken broth and apple cider around the pork roast.

4.Cook on low heat for 8 hours, or until the internal temperature of the pork is 145 degrees F.

5.Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
