Ingredients

1 boneless, skinless turkey breast
1 cup of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
1 teaspoon of rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place the turkey breast in the crock pot.

2. In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, thyme leaves, rosemary leaves, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

3. Pour the mixture over the turkey breast.

4. Cover the crock pot, and set it to low heat.

5. Cook the turkey breast for 8-10 hours.

6. When the turkey breast is fully cooked, remove it from the crock pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips

– You can also add other seasonings or herbs to the mixture, such as oregano, parsley, sage or cumin.
– Feel free to use other types of broth, such as beef or vegetable broth.
– You can add vegetables, such as carrots and celery, to the crock pot for added flavor.
– If you don’t have a crock pot, you can cook the turkey breast in the oven at 350°F for 1-2 hours.
– Leftover turkey can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
