-1 (10- to 12-pound) frozen turkey breast
-1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
-Salt and pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the frozen turkey breast in a roasting pan. If desired, season the turkey with the poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Remove the roasting pan from the oven and allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
-It is not necessary to thaw a frozen turkey breast before cooking.
-Always use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of the turkey.
-To keep the turkey moist while cooking, place a foil tent over the turkey breast during the cooking process.
