Preparing the Steak

Set up a cutting board and get a sharp knife. Trim any excess fat from the steak, and cut it across the grain into thin slices. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder and other desired spices.


In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Mix together and add the steak slices. Make sure the steak is well coated with the marinade, and let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes.


Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the steak. Spread the steak out so that it is not crowded in the pan. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked to the desired doneness.


Once the steak is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve the steak as desired. Enjoy!
