1 flank steak
ΒΌ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper


1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
2. Place the flank steak in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove the steak from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
7. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
