-1 Ribeye Steak, 1-inch thick
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Rub the steak with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place the steak in the heated skillet, and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
