2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Place the sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

3. Toss the sweet potatoes until they are evenly coated with the oil, honey and spices.

4. Place the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet.
