– 12-15 red potatoes
– 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
3. Place the potatoes into a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the potatoes to coat them evenly with the seasonings.
4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
