4 boneless pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 cup cooked wild rice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup chicken broth


Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2: Place pork chops in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, celery, onion, dried cranberries and pecans. Melt the butter in a small skillet, and sauté the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

Step 4: Spoon the wild rice mixture onto each pork chop. Drizzle the chicken broth over all the chops.

Step 5: Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chops are cooked through. Serve hot.
