Ingredients
4 thick-cut pork chops
4 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of diced onion
1/4 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup of diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add garlic, onion, celery, bell peppers, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
4. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5. Stuff each pork chop with the vegetable mixture and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
6. Place pork chops in a greased baking dish.
7. Pour chicken broth over the pork chops.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees.
9. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
