4 thick-cut pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, paprika, pepper, salt, and thyme.

3. Brush pork chops on both sides with olive oil. Rub seasonings onto pork chops.

4. Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.


For extra flavor, you can add a tablespoon of butter or a tablespoon of minced fresh herbs to the baking dish with the pork chops before baking.

You can also grill or pan-fry the pork chops instead of baking them. Grill over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Pan-fry over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
