How To Cook Pork Chop Loin

Ingredients

– 4 pork chop loins
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 teaspoons paprika
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Place the pork chop loins in a shallow dish and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.

3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, making sure both sides are evenly coated. Cover the dish and let the pork chops marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

5. Place the pork chops in a baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

6. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
