How To Cook Bone In Pork Chop

– 1 bone-in pork chop
– Salt & pepper
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

2. Place a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
3. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper.
4. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chop to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
