Ingredients
– 1 pound of gnocchi
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup of your favorite sauce
– Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
2. Once boiling, add the gnocchi and cook for about 3 minutes or until the gnocchi floats to the top. Do not overcook as the gnocchi will become mushy.
3. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
5. Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic mixture.
7. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is hot and bubbly.
8. Serve the gnocchi with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
