Ingredients

• 10 large sea scallops
• 10 slices of bacon
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the scallops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Brush each scallop with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt over the scallops.

5. Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop and secure with a toothpick.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the scallops are cooked through.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
