Ingredients

1 whole trout, cleaned
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Rinse the trout, inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with foil.
4. Drizzle the trout with olive oil and dot with butter.
5. Place the lemon wedges inside the trout.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the flesh is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
8. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
