Ingredients

2 racks of lamb ribs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Place the ribs in a large baking dish. Drizzle the oil over the ribs, then sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the ribs.

3. Rub the seasonings into the ribs with your hands, making sure they are well coated.

4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and seal it tightly.

5. Bake the ribs for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender.

7. Serve the ribs warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
