Ingredients

• 1 (7- to 8-pound) spiral-cut ham
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons orange marmalade

Instructions

1. Place the ham in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and orange marmalade. Pour the mixture over the ham.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ham registers 140°F on an instant-read thermometer.
4. Turn off the slow cooker and let the ham rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
