Ingredients Needed

-1 spiral cut ham (8-10 pounds)
-Brown sugar
-Honey
-Mustard
-Cloves
-1/4 cup of water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

2. Place the spiral cut ham in a roasting pan.

3. Take ½ cup of brown sugar and sprinkle it all over the surface of the ham.

4. Drizzle honey over the ham and use a spoon or brush to evenly spread it out.

5. Take 1-2 tablespoons of mustard and spread it over the glaze.

6. Place a few cloves into the top of the ham for additional flavor.

7. Pour ¼ cup of water into the bottom of the pan.

8. Cover the ham tightly with aluminum foil.

9. Place the ham in the preheated oven.

10. Cook the ham for approximately 15 minutes per pound.

11. Remove the foil from the ham and cook for an additional 15 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.

12. Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Tips

-Check the internal temperature of the ham with a meat thermometer. The temperature should read 140°F.
-Add oranges, apples, or pineapple to the pan while baking to infuse additional flavor.
-Store leftover ham in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
