1 Spiral Ham


1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan.
3. Add a cup of water to the pan.
4. Place a lid or foil over the top of the pan, making sure to seal it tightly.
5. Bake the ham for 2 hours.
6. After 2 hours, remove the lid or foil and turn the oven up to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
7. Baste the ham with the pan juices every 15 minutes for an additional 30 minutes.
8. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.


– Be sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure the ham has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
– If you’d like to glaze the ham, mix together 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, and 1/4 cup of honey. Brush the glaze over the ham and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
