Ingredients

-1 bone-in, spiral-cut ham (7 to 8 pounds)
-1/4 cup of light brown sugar
-1/4 cup of whole-grain mustard
-1/4 cup of honey
-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
-1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.

2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.

3. Bake for 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

4. Meanwhile, combine the brown sugar, mustard, honey, vinegar, and thyme in a small bowl.

5. When the ham is done, remove it from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 425°F.

6. Uncover the ham and brush it with the glaze.

7. Return the ham to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the glaze is golden and bubbly.

8. Transfer the ham to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Tips

-To ensure even cooking, rotate the pan halfway through baking.
-For extra flavor, add a few cloves of garlic to the glaze.
-To add a smoky flavor, use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
