What Is Swai Fish?

Swai fish is a type of white-fleshed fish that is native to Southeast Asia. It is a member of the catfish family and is known for its mild flavor and flaky texture. Swai fish can be found in most grocery stores and is a popular choice for people who want to make a healthy, delicious meal.

Ingredients Needed

– 1 pound swai fish fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place swai fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
