-1 lb. of Redfish fillet
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon of dried oregano
-1 teaspoon of dried thyme
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
-1 lemon, cut into wedges


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place Redfish fillet in a shallow baking dish.
