All you need to know about: How To Cook A Crawfish.

Ingredients You Will Need

– Crawfish
– 1/2 cup of butter
– 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 2 teaspoons of hot sauce
– 1/2 cup of white wine
– 1/2 cup of chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 cup of lemon juice

1. Start by cleaning the crawfish. Rinse the crawfish in cold water to remove any excess mud and dirt.

2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the onion, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft and translucent.
