8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place chicken thighs in a medium baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the chicken thighs, and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
