– 4-5 chicken thighs, skin on and bone-in
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano


1. Start by seasoning the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Turn on the Instant Pot and press the “Sauté” button. Once the pot is hot, add the olive oil and chicken thighs to the pot.

3. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

4. Once the chicken is cooked, add the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and stir.

5. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to the “Sealing” position.

6. Press the “Manual” button and set the timer to 10 minutes.

7. When the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.

8. After 10 minutes, carefully turn the valve to the “Venting” position to release any remaining pressure.

9. Carefully open the lid and remove the chicken thighs.

10. Serve the chicken with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
