2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Place chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, onion powder, oregano, basil and pepper.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

4. Remove from oven, let cool for 15 minutes, then shred chicken with two forks.

5. Use the shredded chicken for tacos, burritos, soups, salads, sandwiches, or whatever you’d like! Enjoy!
