-2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add to a medium bowl.

3. Add the olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix to combine.

4. Place the chicken cubes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

6. Serve warm in fajitas with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
