– 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
– 8 ounces fettuccine


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and transfer to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
