Ingredients

– 2 pounds cooked, shelled crabmeat
– ¾ cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup panko bread crumbs
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

2. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

4. Add the eggs to the crab mixture and stir until combined.

5. Add the panko bread crumbs to the mixture, stirring until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

6. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into cakes.

7. Place the cakes on the prepared baking sheet.

8. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the cakes and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

9. Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or your favorite condiment. Enjoy!
