1 (3-4 pound) corned beef brisket
1 package corned beef seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups water


1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Place corned beef in a roasting pan or Dutch oven and sprinkle with seasoning packet. Spread minced garlic over the top. Pour water into the pan.

3. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 3 to 4 hours, or until tender.

4. Baste the brisket with the pan juices every hour or so.

5. Once tender, remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Slice across the grain and serve with the pan juices. Enjoy!
