Ingredients
– 8 ounces jumbo lump crabmeat
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 large egg, lightly beaten
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, green onions, garlic, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently mix together until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 8 patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
4. Brush the melted butter on each patty.
