Ingredients:

13 lb turkey
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 °F.
2. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place the turkey in the preheated oven and roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
