Ingredients

1 pound jumbo shrimp (21-25 count per pound), peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the jumbo shrimp on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimp and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, oregano and salt.

3. Toss the shrimp to coat evenly in the seasonings.

4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and pink.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
