1 lb (450 g) frozen shrimp


1. Begin by thawing the frozen shrimp. Place the frozen shrimp in a colander and run cold water over it for a few minutes. Do not thaw the shrimp in warm or hot water, as this can cause it to become tough.

2. Once the shrimp are thawed, rinse them off with cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

3. Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil and swirl it around to coat the bottom of the pan.

4. Add the shrimp to the pan and spread them out evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

5. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the heat and serve. Enjoy!
