Instructions

2. Place frozen shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and sprinkle garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over it.

4. Use your hands to mix and coat the shrimp evenly.
