1 lb. Argentina red shrimp
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.

4. Add the smoked paprika, oregano, and white wine and stir to combine.

5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Serve warm with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
