1 1/2 pounds Argentine red shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until shrimp is evenly coated with the seasoning.
3. Place shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through and pink.
5. Serve with a side dish of your choice and enjoy!
