Ingredients

1 eye of round roast, about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pat it dry with a paper towel.
3. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and sea salt over the entire surface of the roast.
4. Place the roast in the oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
5. Remove the roast from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
6. Slice the roast against the grain and serve.
