2-3 pounds of boneless pork shoulder
1/2 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup of low-sodium BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper


1. Place the pork shoulder in the crock pot.

2. Mix together the chicken broth, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and pour the mixture over the pork.

3. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or cook on high for 4-5 hours.

4. Once the pork is cooked through, remove it from the crock pot and shred it using two forks.
