– 2-3 lbs Pork Shoulder
– 2 tsp Salt
– 2 tsp Black Pepper
– 2 tsp Paprika
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tsp Onion Powder
– 1 cup Water


1. Place the pork shoulder in the crock pot.

2. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Rub the seasoning mixture over the pork shoulder.

4. Pour the water into the crock pot over the pork shoulder.

5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and can easily be shredded with a fork.

6. Remove the pork from the crock pot and shred it with two forks.
