1 (3- to 4-pound) boneless pork loin roast
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the rosemary, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
