How To Cook Pork Roast

• 3-4 lb. pork loin roast
• 2 cups of chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
• 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, chopped
• 2 tablespoons of fresh sage, chopped
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons of kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Place the pork roast in a greased roasting pan.

3. In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the mixture over the pork roast and rub it into the meat.

5. Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until an internal thermometer registers 145°F.
