• 2-3 pounds of pork ribs
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup of ketchup
• ½ cup of brown sugar
• ½ cup of apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard


1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the ribs onto a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the ribs and rub it into the meat.
4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper over the ribs and rub it into the meat.
5. Generously sprinkle salt over the ribs.
6. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours until they are tender.
7. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
8. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush the sauce mixture over the ribs.
9. Place the ribs back in the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
10. Serve the ribs and enjoy!
