1. Preheat the Oven

2. Prep the Pork Chops

Start by seasoning your pork chops. Rub them with a little oil, salt and pepper, or your favorite seasonings.

3. Sear the Pork Chops

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear each side for 2-3 minutes. This will give them a nice golden brown crust.

4. Transfer to Oven

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
