How To Cook Beer Brats

Ingredients:

– 4-6 pork bratwurst sausages
– 2 onions, chopped
– 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bottle of beer
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the butter and olive oil to the skillet and allow it to melt.

4. Add the bratwurst sausages and cook for 5 minutes, or until they are browned.
5. Pour the beer into the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
6. Simmer the bratwurst and beer mixture for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Remove the bratwurst from the skillet and set aside.
8. Increase the heat to medium-high and reduce the beer mixture until it is thick and syrupy, about 10 minutes.
9. Return the bratwurst to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
