How To Cook A Whole Lobster

Ingredients

1 live lobster, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

1. Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the lobster. Bring the water to a boil.

2. Once boiling, add the lobster to the pot. Boil for 10 minutes.

3. After boiling, carefully remove the lobster from the pot. Place it in a bowl of cold water to cool.

4. Once the lobster has cooled, twist off the claws and tail. Carefully remove the meat from the claws and tail. Set aside.

5. Using a sharp knife, split the lobster in half lengthwise. Remove the intestine and discard.

6. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

7. Brush the mixture onto the lobster halves and place them on a baking sheet.

8. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the lobster halves for 15 minutes or until the shells turn bright red.

9. Remove the lobster from the oven and serve with the reserved claw and tail meat. Enjoy!
