Ingredients
-4 large portobello mushrooms
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Cut off the stem and discard.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each side of the mushrooms with the olive oil mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flipping the mushrooms halfway through.
6. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
