Ingredients

4 lamb shoulder chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place the lamb shoulder chops on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel.

3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chops.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt.

5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over both sides of the chops.

6. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

7. Add the chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chops reach 145°F.
